Delete your KuchuPuchu account

In the app (fastest)

1. Open KuchuPuchu and go to the Profile tab.
2. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
3. Confirm. If you are asked to sign in again, sign out, sign back in, and repeat within 5 minutes.

By email

Write to ritbyrg@gmail.com from the email or phone number linked to your account, with the subject "Delete my KuchuPuchu account". We will delete it within 7 days.

Premium subscription

Deleting your account does not cancel a Premium subscription. Cancel it first in the Google Play Store app: Profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → KuchuPuchu → Cancel.

What is deleted

Your profile, profile photos, verification data, likes and private account data are deleted. Your matches are closed. Messages you already sent may stay visible to the other person in the closed chat. Reports about safety issues may be kept for up to 12 months.
