Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Ravionex Industries Pvt Ltd ("we") for use of the KuchuPuchu app. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement. You may have only one account. You may not use KuchuPuchu if you have been removed from it before.

2. Your account

Give true information about yourself and use only photos of yourself. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in details private.

3. Community rules

You agree not to:

• Create fake profiles, impersonate anyone or misrepresent your age.
• Harass, threaten, bully or abuse anyone, or send unwanted sexual content.
• Post nudity, sexual content, violence, hate speech or illegal content.
• Ask anyone for money, promote businesses, scams, investments or other commercial activity.
• Share anyone's private information without their permission.
• Use bots, scrape data or interfere with the app's security.

4. Content

You own the content you post. You give us a licence to store and display it in the app so the service can work. We may remove any content or account that breaks these terms or the law.

5. Safety

We verify some profiles and act on reports, but we do not run criminal background checks and cannot guarantee anyone's identity or behaviour. Be careful when talking to or meeting people. Read our Safety Tips.

6. KuchuPuchu Premium

Premium is an optional auto-renewing subscription sold through Google Play. The price is shown before you pay. It renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel in Google Play → Subscriptions; cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep Premium until the paid period ends. Refunds are handled under Google Play's refund policy. Deleting your account does not cancel the subscription.

7. Suspension and deletion

We may suspend or remove accounts that break these terms. You can delete your account at any time in the app (Profile → Delete account).

8. Disclaimer and liability

The app is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for the conduct of any user, on or off the app, or for indirect losses arising from use of the service.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Punjab, India have jurisdiction.
